ISARA

If you love the music of England, Scotland and Ireland, you are on the same page with Isara. In their repertoire you will find both instrumental compositions and ballads with interesting stories and Czech texts, which they approach with respect for the original texts and melodies. Thanks to the instrumentation (drums, bass guitar, electric and acoustic guitar, keyboard instruments, mandolin, Irish bouzouki, Irish flutes and pipes), the influence of various musical genres and the desire to experiment, their style could be called celt-folk-rock. You can meet Isara at a number of festivals dedicated to the culture of the British Isles, as well as at folk and multi-genre events, both in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Poland. Isara is also active as an organizer. Since 2010, they have been organizing Na scesti club concerts, the Isarafest benefit music festival, and since 2021 also smaller format touring concerts called UnderFolk. They have four released albums (Demo 2010, Na scestí 2013, Láska, moře, smrt… a Jamie 2017 and Na vlně 2022). For the members of Isara, music is one of the most beautiful things in the world, and they believe that the time spent on stage will never get old.
