Conamara Chaos

Traditional Irish music in a modern coat The core of the band Conamara Chaos is made of musicians that have many years of experience in the genre from bands as were Dún an Doras or Marw and are at the top of this genre in the Czech republic. The repertoire of the band consists mainly of author´s instrumental pieces of the flutist Radvan Markus, lecturer at Charles University in Prague and translator from Irish. The distinct singer of the band is the singing double bass player Svatka Hlávková Štěpánková (contributions with Pavel Bok, Věra Martinová, etc.) Jana Markusová plays the violin, Martin Jankovec the guitar and Ladislav Veselý drums the bodhrán.
